When Coliseum Sports Media outbid Sky Television for the rights to English Premier League football in 2013, it marked the beginning of the streaming media revolution in NZ. SpeakData was there with Coliseum from the company’s earliest days, helping them push prospects and subscriber data into their marketing automation platform. We’ve been with them through the launch of their PGA Golf service, their partial sale to Spark and their expansion into Asia.

But the main game was international rugby. And SpeakData provided the data smarts behind RugbyPass.com, Coliseum’s most successful streaming service, which is available in 23 Asian countries (but not in NZ!). With live and delayed streaming coverage of all the finest international rugby union and rugby league events, it appeals especially to expats working in the likes of Hong Kong, China, Singapore, Thailand and India.
